Bills did a great job on my wedding gown

Bills did a great a job on my wedding gown. I would recommend them to anyone. I now use them for all my drycleaning and household items.

Horrible customer service

Do NOT go here! My husband and I were great customers here for a while. When they shrunk several expensive garments beyond repair, I went to the store to see what could be done. From the start, the manager was argumentative, sarcastic, and just plain RUDE! He would not admit any mistake, or even partially reimburse me for the clothes. In fact, he didn't even offer to refund the cleaning...

My Saturday morning ritual...

I stop in every Saturday morning to drop off my load for the week, and pick up last weeks laundry. They always to a nice job, never any complaints. They give me advice when needed. But most importantly, the people are just nice and friendly and I always have a nice exchange. Highly recommend.

Great Service! by Kara U. at InsiderPages

I took several of my husbands suits here to get laundered and I was suprised about the same day service. I was very pleased with the job that was done too. Courteous, fast, service, will definitely use them again!
